We support custom sender email addresses on the Pro plan, so your customers receive gift cards from your own domain.

Are there limits on the number of gift cards sent?

Both plans come with unlimited gift card issues. There are no caps on how many gift cards your customers can send.

Is there a maximum gift card amount?

No limits. You control the gift card denominations your customers can buy.

Getting Started with GoGiftCards

Welcome to GoGiftCards

GoGiftCards lets your customers schedule and send gift cards directly from your Shopify store. This guide walks you through setup so you can be up and running in minutes.

Step 1: Install the App

Visit the Shopify App Store listing and click Install. Follow the OAuth flow to connect your store.

Step 2: Configure Your Gift Cards

Once installed, head to the app dashboard to set up your gift card denominations, customize brand colors and email templates, and configure your sending preferences.

Step 3: Go Live

After configuration, your customers can immediately start sending scheduled gift cards. Track issued cards, delivery dates, and email events right from your dashboard.
